We study the flux, sources, and storage of carbon at coastal margins
Coastal margins are dynamic and changing: a place where terrestrial and aquatic environments meet. These areas are increasingly under threat from a variety of anthropogenic pressures. In the Schreiner lab, we use state of the art organic geochemical methods to study how these pressures are influencing carbon flux and storage in these dynamic systems.
